2. Acceptance of the conditions

Automated trading systemswhich users are free to install and use with the broker of their choice.
Copytrading strategiesThese are executed exclusively in certain brokers, being an indispensable requirement for the user to have an account in such brokers in order to be able to participate.

4. Nature of services and relationship with brokers

No financial intermediation
THE OWNER is not a broker or financial institution, nor does it act as an intermediary, broker-dealer or investment advisor.
Voluntary decision of the user
The opening of an account with any broker is always a free and autonomous decision of the user, taken on his own initiative. The Web only provides technological tools and trading systems, without intervening in the contracting or management of such brokers.
Disclaimer of liability
THE OWNER assumes no responsibility for:
- Investment decisions made by the user.
- The operation, functioning, policies or conditions of the chosen brokers.
- The results obtained through the use of trading or copytrading systems.

Risk warning: Trading in financial markets involves a high level of risk, including the total loss of the invested capital. THE OWNER does not guarantee specific profits or results.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Web site is a work composed of various elements (texts, illustrations, images, animations, videos, computer programs, code, graphic design, etc.), whose Intellectual and Industrial Property corresponds to THE OWNER or its licensors.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or unauthorized use of the contents of the Web is expressly prohibited, unless prior express authorization from THE OWNER.

6. Permitted and prohibited uses

It is allowed:

Navigation and access to the Web, as well as user registration.
The contracting of services in accordance with the present conditions.

It is strictly forbidden:

The use of the Web for illicit purposes or contrary to good faith.
The dissemination of defamatory or discriminatory content or content contrary to the rights of third parties.

9. Right of withdrawal

The user may withdraw from the contract within the terms and conditions established by consumer and user regulations, provided that he/she has not begun to enjoy the service.

Once the service has been consumed or activated (e.g. installation of the trading system, access to copytrading, software download), withdrawal is not possible.

If applicable, reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 30 days, by the same means of payment used in the contracting process.

10. Obligations of the user

The user agrees to:

Use the services in accordance with the law, morality and the present conditions.
Provide accurate and updated data.
Not to transfer, resell or share the contracted accesses with third parties without express authorization.
Assume full responsibility for the investment decisions you make when using the systems.

12. Modifications

THE OWNER reserves the right to make changes to the Web, its services and these conditions, notifying by publication on the Web itself.

13. Legal Actions

THE OWNER will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of the Web or its contents, exercising the legal actions that correspond in law.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of disputes, the parties expressly submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Madrid Courts and Tribunals (Spain)unless otherwise provided by consumer protection regulations.
